SPIRITS AND WINES

As proof of its tremendous diversity, the Alpes de Haute-Provence is an area producing excellent wines.
In the southern-most part of the "département", the "Côteaux de PIERREVERT" have recently been awarded the status of an "A.O.C.", and we invite you to taste powerful reds, rosés full of aroma, and dry whites, not forgetting the fruity rosé, a light wine perfect for summer meals. As for spirits, the craft distilleries produce apéritifs such as pastis, orange wine, walnut wine, rinquinquin, etc; and digestifs with a healthy mountain fragrance: eau de vie, gentian, and above all the fabulous génépi with its incomparable taste.
