Tradition within tradition ... nobody could imagine a Haute-Provence
landscape without a shepherd and his flock.
The sources of nourishment for sheep born and bred in our
area are of incomparable quality, far removed from any form
of pollution. The characteristic local taste of their meat will
delight the most demanding gourmets. Higher up in the alpine
meadows of Seyne-les-Alpes and the Ubaye Valley, cattle are
bred in the traditional manner and feed on pastures with a thousand
different fragrances, guaranteeing healthy succulent beef.
