Local farmers are working in collaboration with the tourist industry to help you discover authentic produce.

At Jausiers and Allemagne-en-Provence they have created local produce centres (Maisons de Produits de Pays), where you can do your shopping: honey, cold meats, génépi, etc. In addition, special events such as the truffle festival represent an ideal opportunity to taste produce that has achieved official recognition or is about to do so : scrambled eggs with truffles, Alpes de Haute-Provence lamb, Banon cheese, Côteaux de Pierrevert wine, etc. The "Bienvenue à la ferme" network initiated by the Chambers of Agriculture, whose logo is a little yellow flower, provides quality accommodation in a number of hostel farms, horse-riding farms and farmhouse campsites.
